Bourghol Fine Brown
Burghul can be used in pilafs, soups, bakery goods, or as stuffing, but is best known as the main ingredient in tabbouleh salad and kibbeh. It’s a common ingredient in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking and has a light and nutty flavour.
